Action Plans play a vital role in fulfilling the core commitments of the CoARA Agreement, helping signatories and members outline key milestones for implementing research assessment reform. Upon signing the Agreement on Reforming Research Assessment (ARRA), organisations commit to developing an Action Plan within one year.
This webinar will provide targeted support research funders through designing Action Plans that align with their institutions and the ARRA commitments — offering an opportunity to interact with fellow funders and share best practices. Presenters will showcase examples and reflections from their organisations and facilitate discussions with participants currently drafting their plans. Each presentation will reflect on the creeation process and share insights about their institution’s Action Plans in 15-minute presentations, focusing on key aspects, including:
- Challenges encountered
- How the roadmap aligns with your institutional values and broader context
- The decision-making process
- Next steps in implementation
