We are pleased to announce a call for CoARA members to host various events in 2025. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in our vibrant community. Below are the details for the events available for hosting and the respective deadlines:
- CoARA National Chapters Co-Chairs Meetings (February-March annually)
- Deadline for 2025: 15 October 2024
- CoARA Working Groups Co-Chairs Meetings (September-October annually)
- Deadline for 2025: 15 April 2025
- Thematic Events (ongoing throughout the year)
- Please specify the preferred date and type of event in the online form
Expected Responsibilities of the Host (In-Kind Contributions):
- Venue costs, including technical equipment for hybrid events
- Local team
- Catering
Support to be provided by the CoARA Secretariat:
- Organisation of the event, including invitations, registration, and follow-up processes
- Program committee management
- Communication, outreach, and visuals
