Supportive documentation is made available, intended for signatories (and members) to provide guidance in the preparation of an Action Plan towards the achievement of the agreed commitments in the reform of research assessment.
Following the signature of the CoARA Agreement on Reforming Research Assessment, organisations should outline the implemention of the agreed core commitments towards the reform of research assessment in an Action Plan with defined milestones, to be published within one year after signing the agreement.

Have a look on the website (https://coara.eu/agreement/action-plan/) you will find all information and the most updated version of supporting documents accumulated there. In support of the CoARA Agreement on Reforming Research Assessment signatories (this includes also members of CoARA), Guiding Questions are made available that can be useful when designing and defining the different steps of undertaking the process of establishing an Action Plan. These guiding questions take into account that organisations are numerous and diverse. The guiding questions for the development of an Action Plan should therefore incentivise reflection for all the different types of organisations within CoARA. Signatories and CoARA members are not required to use the guiding questions, since they are not intended to serve as a rigid template but rather as a mean of suggestive guidance.
Sharing Action Plans with the CoARA Community: Zenodo
CoARA signatories (and members) are invited to share their Action Plans via a Zenodo community specifically dedicated to CoARA Action Plans. The first Action Plan has been already published that way by the European Council of Doctoral Candidates and Junior Researchers (Eurodoc) on October, 4th (find here). To provide assistance on the upload of Action Plans to Zenodo, the CoARA Secretariat prepared a step-by-step guide available on the website (https://coara.eu/agreement/action-plan/) and here for download.
